COLLEGE STUDENTS CAREER ENHANCEMENT
The project was a joint effort of Haryana Government, the Foundation and RuralShores Skills Academy to empower girls coming from rural areas to the college. There were about 7,000 girls in the Government College in Gurgaon. The skilling program involved selection and training of girls who were typically in final year of college.
