RuralShores Skills Academy (RSA) builds custom trainings for corporates, small institutions and NGOs. We specialize in designing, development and implementation of skill-building programs according to the requirements of the client, the type and skills of the learners being trained, and the end goals of the training. Our attempt is to design each custom training program as an effective tool to increase knowledge, skills and desirable attitudes on the part of the learners. In the process of personalizing training programs for the clients, RSA takes up identification of their training needs, analyse the requirements, set up training objectives, and selection of training methods and techniques. Next follows the implementation and evaluation of the developed training program.
